The information supplied regarding your NZ government-issued identification documents to check those details against relevant registries using 3rd party systems and record the results of those checks.
We may share your personal information with our related companies and organisations, partners, and service providers to assist us in serving you. We may disclose your full name, date of birth and address to an organisation providing verification of your identity to request an assessment of whether that information matches the information they hold in their files for the purposes of online electronic identity verification. Your personal details will be matched with information held by the issuer of the identification document via 3rd party identification checkers.
The personal data collected from you by IMEX – is held by us at our office and also on secured servers on behalf of our company. Some of the data stored is stored in secure databases on our behalf by 3rd parties based in New Zealand. The use of these services, and the transfer of information overseas (if applicable) will not relieve us of our obligations under the Privacy Act and this Privacy Policy.
